Admission Rules

The admission process for Eklavya law College is designed to ensure a fair and transparent selection of students who align with our educational values and goals. Below are the steps involved in the admission process:

• Application Form Submission: Applicants need to obtain the official application form from the school's administrative office. The application form should be duly filled out with accurate and complete information. This form typically includes personal details, academic history, extracurricular activities, and any additional required documents.
• Admission rules for the Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) and the Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) programs are structured around specific educational qualifications and regulatory guidelines mandated by bodies like the Bar Council of India (BCI). For the 5-year integrated BA LLB program, candidates must have successfully completed their 10+2 (higher secondary) education from a recognized board in any stream, typically securing a minimum aggregate of 45% to 50% marks (with relaxation provided for reserved categories). In contrast, the standard 3-year LLB program requires applicants to hold a graduation degree in any discipline (such as BA, BSc, BCom, etc.) from a recognized university, again maintaining a minimum aggregate score of around 45% to 50%.

• Review and Selection: The admission committee reviews all submitted applications, taking into consideration academic records, performance in the entrance examination (if applicable), and the outcome of the interaction/interview.
